Postal Man Joey is a story about friendship and acceptance of past trauma. By sharing his story with Vincent, Joey finds his peace during the anniversary of his son’s death, and both gain a close friend in the process. Joey can only begin healing when he recalls the story out loud, and thereby rationalizing it and forgiving himself as well.
