Hannah Cook is a young ambitious woman who joins local politics in order to help end the gun violence epidemic in America. This DI takes you on her journey through the state senate as she fights for mass shooting victims. At the climax, she re-lives the worst day of her life: when she became a target, almost died, and saw a close friend get shot and killed. This script depicts the difficulties of making gun safety changes in America and stays “apolitical” but not apathetic to gun violence victims. Hannah Cook is a fictional character not based on any real politician.
